Furless Freight & Shipping Info

Here at Furless, we try to keep your shipping costs low to make our products available to everyone around the world!

We have flat rates for both Australian and international customers:

• Australia Post Standard - Flat rate of $5 to anywhere in Australia
• Australia Post Express - $12 next day delivery within Australia
• Australia Post By Air International - Flat rate $12.50 to anywhere in the world
• Australia Post Express Post Courier International - $55.40 express post (please ask for a time frame for your country) to anywhere in the world

All order will be shipped via Australia Post. If you would like your order shipped by a courier, please contact us for a quote.

All international orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please note that we don't assume responsibility for orders lost, stolen or damaged when using Australia Post.

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days, however, during busy times it may take longer.

Express Post parcels are generally sent out the same day of the order, though we cannot guarantee making the cut-off time for orders after 3pm. If this time is missed, we will post your order out the next day.

Please also note that direct debit payments are usually received by our bank the day after you have made the payment. If you have chosen express post, your order will be posted out to you once your payment has been received.
