Zinc Oxide - An inorganic non-toxic compound used as a whitening pigment and sunscreen. Zinc Oxide has anti inflammatory properties.

Magnesium Stearate - The magnesium salt of stearic acid. Used for its adhesion and slip (how the makeup glides on the skin) properties.

Allantoin - An anti irritant organic compound used to soothe and protect. Allantoin has the ability to stimulate the growth of healthy tissue, and to help heal wounds and skin ulcers - perfect for people with sensitive skin! This is why we have included it in all our mineral formulas!

Magnesium Myristate - The magnesium salt of myristic acid. Used to bind powders together and creates a creamier slip and feel.

Mica - A mineral that comes in layers of sheets. Used in foundation and eyeshadow to create a glowing, shimmer, or sparkling effect.

Australian Organic Kaolin Clay - Clay mineral used as an absorbent and for adhesion.

Iron Oxides - Inorganic colour pigments.

Ultramarines - Inorganic colour pigments.

Rice Powder - A powder made from rice. Used as a slip and oil absorbing ingredient, and creates a silky look and feel. We love this powder!

Carnauba Wax (COPERNICIA CERIFERA) - A wax obtained from the carnauba palm.

GMO FREE Rice Bran Oil - Oil obtained from rice.

Candelilla Wax - Wax obtained from a native shrub in Mexico.

d-a-Tocopheryl Acetate - A compound made from a mixture of acedic acid and tocopheryl (Vitamin E).

Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter) - The fat obtained from the shea nut of the Karite tree - a native to Africa.

Cocoa Butter - The fat extracted from cocoa seeds.

Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil - Oil obtained from the seeds of the Ricinus Communi plant. 

Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil - Oil obtained from the Simmondsia Chinensis shrub. 

Euphorbia Cerifera (Candelilla) Wax - Wax obtained from a shrub native to Mexico.

Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax - Also known as Brazil Wax. Obtained from the Carnauba Palm.

Hydrogenated Polyisobutene - A moisturising synthetic polymer.

Ethylene/Propylene/Styrene Copolymer - A polymer used in lip gloss.

Butylene/Ethylene/Styrene Copolymer - A polymer used in lip gloss.

Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil - Oil obtained from Peppermint.

Manganese Violet - An inorganic pigment.

Tin Oxide - A natural  inorganic oxide.

Titanium Dioxide - A natural whitening pigment, also used as a sun blocker.

Our cosmetics don't contain the following ingredients:

HONEYSUCKLE EXTRACT/JAPONESE HONEYSUCKLE EXTRACT - Are you being lied to? Check out what personal care truth have to say about it being "paraben free" and a "natural preservative". This is what the Organic Consumers Association have to say about Honeysuckle Extract.

TRICLOSAN - Aquatic toxicity concerns and bacteria resistance concerns. Triclosan is found in antibacterial products like hand wash, toothpaste, deodorants, and acne face wash.

FRAGRANCE FREE - A problem for many people, especially those with multiple chemical sensitivities (MCS), allergies and asthma.

CARMINE FREE - Derived from insects - can cause severe allergic reactions.

GRAPEFRUIT SEED EXTRACT - Most grapefruit seed extract "preservatives" have been laced with parabens, triclosan, or other synthetic preservatives. Click here for more info.

GMO FREE - Bad news! Some types of grains have had pesticides "genetically implanted" into the grain, so they have their own defense system built in against insects. The problem is that bees are now cross pollinating from GMO crops to non-GMO crops. Once these pesticides are in our bees and our food chain, there is no turning back.
