Pita McKeown: "My complexion is almost impossible to match with foundation, so I mix dark, medium and light liquid foundations to make my own perfectly matched shade. For more coverage on a bad skin day, I swap one of the liquids for a stick. It may cost a little more buying more than one foundation, but it works wonders." xx

Marcia Medley: "A light spritz with a spray bottle of water will help to "set" foundation and powder and minimise it wearing off too quickly. Or... if I may be permitted to give another tip...
try matching your foundation shade to the skin on the inside of your wrist, this skin is usually not affected by the sun and is a better indication of your true skin tone."

Melanie Kuziemko: "Instead of using an eye primer to prevent creasing and to keep your eyeshadow in place longer, first extend your normal foundation application over your lids and then press translucent powder on top to create a smooth, even base for your eye makeup. This will save you having to purchase a separate product." :)

Shy Landeryou: "Instead of using an eyebrow pencil fill any gaps in your eyebrow with eyeshadow using a slanted brush, this creates a softer look and is also alot easier to correct when you make a mistake."

LeeLee Dunninghamska: "When applying mascara, wiggle the wand left to right at the base of lashes. This will make your lashes look longer. Then u Pull the mascara wand up and through lashes, wiggling as you go to separates lashes."

Gillian Harridge: "I have a hard time with Mascara, it always runs. As I tend to rub my eyes heaps. So the solution is Vasoline. I simply put it on my lashes and they look fantastic, its cheap as chips and there's no horrible panda look going on."

Phillip Cunningham: "The natural look on a woman as men like a bit of makeup but they want their woman to be natural looking, not made up too much."

Tammerly Pink-Diva: "See a makeup artist for a makeup lesson. They will teach you how to match your foundation base to your skin tone, show you how to wear products to their full potential and show you how to look your best without overdoing your makeup."

"I have ANOTHER tip:
Use natural makeup - why put your trust in products full of untested chemicals when there are hundreds of natural brands on the market that not only make you look pretty, but act as a skin treatment too!"

Emma Joy Stankovich: "REMEMBER!? Not too prime is a crime, make sure you prime your face, eyelids and also lips, so you always start with a smooth base!!"

Sophia Blake: "What ever you do make sure its natural and furless" .xo

Flattery will get you everywhere Sophia ;)

Sonia Herman: "When applying under eye concealer, I always use a blending fluffy brush. Using small circular motions blend slightly below your circles, it will look more natural and prevent two toned shades!" :)

Jenna Moore: "If your issues with flaky skin are preventing you from getting that perfect base, put some paw paw ointment on a cotton tip and buff the troubled area using circular motions. The flakes will disappear, and your foundation will look flawless."

Nae Smeath: 'Apply foundation on your eyelids, lips and into your neck for a more natural look. This also is a good setting for eye shadow and lipstick and helps it stay on longer."

Emily Smeath: "Use normal mascara first and then put waterproof mascara on second (after the normal one has dried) so the waterproof mascara sticks to the normal mascara insted of your lashes, thus making it easier to get off at the end of the day." :)

Lucy Marshall: "For a really smooth natural looking foundation, apply with a brush (Furless of course!) - brush outwards from the centre of your face so you don't end up with a line. If that fails, glue a photo of Claudia Schiffer on your face before going out!"

Elise Smeath: "When you're using dark shades of eye shadow, put a little loose powder under your eyes to catch any specks that fall, to prevent from staining your skin." :)

Jacqui Israel: "To emphazise your cupids bow which is just above your lip, line your lips with lip liner, then apply a little bit of light eyeshadow above the cupids bow. Any will do as long as it's lighter than your skin colour, and blend it out, and then apply the lipstick. I use white eyeshadow with a pencil brush, I love it it really defines your lips." :)

"Another great tip is whenever wearing red lipstick, use a lipliner to fill in all the lips first. The colour will last much longer and not end up on your clothes." :)

Mily Sk: "Cut out on a piece cardboard the perfect eyebrow shapes for youself. Then everytime you want to pluck or draw them in thicker, use the stencil! It will save you a lot of time, I learnt this trick from makeup guru michelle phan."

Sandra Mills: "Store your favourite lipsticks, creamy eyeshadows and blush in the fridge on really hot days, to prevent them from melting and breaking." :-)

Angela Zhang: "Probably to invest in great brushes - they may be expensive at first but it is all worth it because they make applying great make up so much easier."

Nicole Latham: "To make your eyes look more awake use a brown or black liner to the inner and outer corners of your eye and then line on the bottom with a blue liner above the lashes. Add highlighter to the browbone and finish of with mascara."

Carmen Cabrero-Soto: "I like to wear Vaseline Lip Therapy under any lipstick. It keeps my lips chapped free for a smooth and even application in my opinion."
